Nina Campbell Les Indiennes collection of wallpapers were inspired by the 17th and 18th century French vogue for textile designs originally produced in East India and traded via the Compagnie des Indes. An balanced collection of designs, but the standout designs from the collection in our opinion are the Baville Wallpaper design which features a large-scale composition of Indian flowers on a textured base paper, named after a 17th century chateau. Plus Colbert which displays an arrangement of 1930's stylised leaf formations. All seven of these Nina Campbell wallpapers included in the Les Indiennes wallcovering collection feature Nina’s colour palette that includes French grey, pink, aqua, blue, taupe and ochre and an unusual pairing of black with green. All the designs are printed on the easy-to-hang non-woven base.
