A beautifully made curtain or blind still depends on accurate measuring, suitable hardware and careful fitting. TM Interiors offers installation as an optional service for customers ordering our made-to-measure curtains, Roman blinds and other suitable window treatments.
We work with experienced professional fitters and can arrange installation throughout the UK mainland, subject to location, access and the requirements of the project.
Straightforward installations can often be quoted from the information you provide. For bay windows, motorised tracks, difficult access or more unusual situations, we may recommend a site measure before finalising the specification.
How it works
Three steps to a professionally finished installation
Measure & confirm
Where required, a fitter will visit to take accurate measurements and assess fixing surfaces, access, bay angles, specialist equipment or other practical considerations before the final order is confirmed.
Fit & finish
Once the products and hardware are ready, we arrange the installation. The fitter will install the agreed track, pole or blind system and complete the fitting and final adjustments appropriate to the project.

Bay windows & complex spaces
Measure first when the installation is less straightforward
Bay windows, curved tracks and poles, motorised systems and hard-to-access locations all benefit from accurate site information before anything is ordered.
A measuring visit allows the fitter to assess the actual window, angles, fixing surfaces, available space, power or access requirements and any other practical limitations that could affect the finished result.
We particularly recommend measuring for: bay windows, custom-bent tracks or poles, electrically operated tracks, difficult access, unusual fixing situations and other non-standard installations.

Integrated into the installation process
Rather than treating measuring as a separate design service, we use it where it adds practical value to the installation. Our fitters can accurately measure the window or fitting area and flag complications before products are ordered or manufactured.
After the visit, our team can discuss the measurements with you, confirm the appropriate track, pole, blind or curtain specification and progress the order.

Do I have to use your measuring service?
No. Straightforward installations can often be quoted using measurements and photographs supplied by you. We recommend a site measure where the window, hardware, access or installation is more complex.
Can you install motorised curtain tracks?
Yes, electrically operated curtain tracks can be installed where the selected system and site conditions are suitable. We normally recommend a measuring or site assessment for motorised installations.
Can you fit curtains and blinds in bay windows?
Yes. Depending on the project, this can include custom-bent hand-operated, cord-operated or electrically operated curtain tracks, decorative curtain poles and suitable blind systems. We recommend measuring first.
Do you install products throughout the UK?
We can arrange installation throughout the UK mainland, subject to fitter availability, location, access and project scope. Contact us with your postcode and requirements and we will advise what is possible.
