Romo Rugs

Romo Rugs were launched in the Autumn Winter of 2017 in association with Louis De Poortere and designed to complement the extensive portfolio of designs that Romo fabrics have both in fabrics and wallpapers. The modern rug designs are produced as either flatweave or hand tufted. A few hand-picked designs have been selected for the initial launch that covers a broad spectrum of styles and while it looks like no real floral designs are available, aside from their Lomasi rug design you are more than catered for in terms of geometric and abstract designs from their own design archive. A stunning chevron design fits onto their Scala Rug, and taken from their Cubis range of fabrics, it makes a debut to their range, alongside the Takana rug which has another striking, decorative geometric pattern that sits playfully on stripes and would make a real statement piece in any room plan. It also looks like they have taken the design from Nahli and up-sized it, making it a striking geometric reminiscent of a traditional tribal weave to create another versatile but slightly bohemian rug. Their Cubis rug is a traditional geometric design again, but with a contemporary look and feel. One of our favourites, their Acacia rug could become a popular choice for those looking for an abstract tree branch design to give variation to a home interior scheme or living area. With a total of eleven designs it looks like the full collection of patterns will give you something to choose from. The full range of Romo rugs by Louis De Poortere will be available to buy online at TM Interiors Limited
