Arte Corium Wallpapers
Corium offers a contemporary interpretation of Early Renaissance patterning, where classical motifs are subtly woven into a collection that celebrates the enduring allure of leather. Named after the Latin word for leather, corium, the range explores the material in all its richness, from satin-finished surfaces to softly sanded nubuck, each chosen to heighten the sense of depth and tactility. Every design is crafted with meticulous handwork; leather is carefully cut, stitched and assembled into powerful compositions, then elevated with embroidery that creates a refined dialogue between tradition and modernity. A quietly luxurious foundation, Avenio is a plain nubuck leather wallcovering, hand-cut and stitched into a neat geometric pattern, with natural variations ensuring every metre feels truly unique. For a more embellished interpretation, Jaseran reimagines medieval chain mail detailing as finely embroidered lines applied onto satin-finished leather, creating a sophisticated, layered surface. Completing the story, Ductia captures the graceful rhythm of a medieval dance through embroidered lines and contrasting ornamental highlights, forming a composition that feels fluid, crafted and richly considered. Corium is an invitation to experience wallpaper as material artistry, where texture and technique become the true decoration.
