The House of Lacroix invites you to explore a tropical paradise in this exotic collection for Designers Guild. The printed fabrics bring you rainforest chic, from butterflies and brightly-coloured feathers, to ripening fruits of every shade, across a range of cotton touches from satin to sturdy cotton ducks. The velvets here bring pattern, from a collage of those same evocative fruits, to panther-skin inventions and dazzling contemporary stained glass. Butterfly designs again from Lacroix in the form of Mariposa and Rio, but perhaps the strangest and most eccentric has to be his Canopy design. All of these designs celebrate colour, and often offer an alternative scheme with the design inverted in high contrast against black, serving up a glamorous urban look.
