Available in a range of 10 different colourways, it offers elasticity for both upholstery and drapery. Its speckled pattern suggests the way carpenters carve wood with gouges. Standard delivery is £11.00 including VAT for UK mainland orders under £100.

UK mainland orders over £100 are delivered free of charge.

Additional delivery charges apply to certain destinations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Any applicable surcharge is calculated automatically and shown at checkout. Free delivery over £100 applies to UK mainland addresses only.

Our delivery aim for standard UK orders is approximately 3–5 working days, unless a different lead time is stated on the product page. Delivery times to other destinations may vary.

Once your order has been despatched, we will send confirmation by email together with tracking details where available.

We commonly use UPS for deliveries. UPS My Choice may allow you to reschedule your delivery or arrange collection from a participating UPS Access Point.

Bespoke, made-to-measure and special-order products will generally have a longer lead time. Where possible, an estimated delivery time will be provided before your order is placed.

If we become aware of any issue or delay affecting your expected delivery, we will contact you.

Sample Delivery

Sample-only orders are handled separately from our standard delivery service. Delivery charges are calculated according to the number of samples ordered and the delivery destination and are shown at checkout.

The standard UK mainland delivery charge and free delivery over £100 do not apply to sample-only orders.

Where samples are ordered together with standard products, the normal product delivery charge applies and no additional sample postage is charged.

Express Delivery — By Arrangement

Express delivery may be available for certain products and brands, subject to stock availability and the delivery options offered by the supplier.

If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm availability, the earliest possible delivery date and any additional delivery charge.

We hope you are completely happy with your purchase. As we supply a wide range of standard, cut-to-order, made-to-measure and bespoke products, return and cancellation rights vary depending on the product ordered.

Standard Products

For eligible standard products purchased online, by telephone or by email, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending any goods back so that we can confirm the appropriate return procedure and return address.

Please keep returned products in good condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and suitability, as you would in a shop. If handling beyond this reduces the value of the goods, we may make an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. Different rules apply where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

Cut-to-Order, Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Products

Products that have been made, mixed, manufactured, cut or personalised specifically to your requirements may fall outside the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This can include made-to-measure curtains and blinds, bespoke cushions and pelmets, customised products, made-to-specification goods and, depending on how they have been supplied, fabrics or trimmings cut specifically to the quantity ordered.

Where a product is not normally returnable, we may still be able to approach the supplier on your behalf to request a return. Any such return is subject to the supplier's agreement and may be subject to restocking, handling and return delivery charges. We will confirm any applicable charges before a discretionary return is authorised.

Wallpaper, Paint & Batch-Sensitive Products

Eligible standard wallpaper rolls purchased at a distance are subject to the normal statutory cancellation rules. Wallcoverings cut to length, paint specially mixed to your chosen colour, products manufactured to order or other goods produced specifically to your requirements may be treated differently.

Because wallpaper and other decorative products can vary between batches, we recommend checking quantities carefully before ordering and ordering sufficient material for your project at the same time. Please contact us before returning wallpaper, paint or other batch-sensitive products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if you believe an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly. Where applicable, please stop cutting, altering, installing or using the product once a potential problem has been identified, as we may need to inspect the goods or refer the matter to the manufacturer.

If an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

Samples are available for this product. We do not hold sample stock ourselves and rely on our suppliers having samples available to fulfil your request.

Fabric sample sizes vary by supplier but are generally approximately 10cm x 10cm. Wallpaper samples can range from approximately A6 to A4 size.

Sample prices vary by brand and supplier. The current price for each sample is shown when ordering and confirmed at checkout.

Sample-only orders are handled separately from standard product orders. Postage is calculated according to the number of samples ordered and the delivery destination, with the applicable charge shown at checkout.

Where samples are ordered together with standard products, no separate sample delivery charge is applied; the normal delivery charge for the product order will apply.

As samples may need to be requested from several different suppliers, please allow approximately 10–14 days for large orders containing samples from multiple brands or suppliers. Samples may occasionally arrive separately.

Returnable samples are no longer available by post. A returnable sample service may be available when visiting our interiors showroom and is subject to a separate charge.
