The Pearwood Wallpaper range takes its name from the fruit wood blocks originally used by Cole & Son founder, John Perry. Pearwood was actually selected for its relative hardness, which allowed for cutting even the finest detail, yet possessing a durability that would allow for longevity of the blocks. With designs like Aurora and Boscobel Oak that uses many of the monarchical symbols of England such as the Tudor Rose, roaring lion, and the oak tree with great detail, to create an individual take on a traditional damask print you can understand the timeless nature and appeal of this collection.
