Romo Soraya Fabrics
Romo Soraya fabrics are essentially decorative upholstery weaves, inspired by decorative rugs with global influences, this rustic collection of upholstery weaves comprises bold geometrics, block stripes and small scale diamond patterns. The self titled Soraya fabric design is large scale colourful stripe design with a decorative ottoman detail and intriguing ribbed texture that has subtle movements of colour. While nice the two designs that really stand out are the Nesma fabric which is a striking Navajo inspired chevron design is depicted through a combination of viscose linen and tactile chenille, as well as Taza a textural chenille and viscose linen which creates an all-over, decorative, geometric stripe design with a natural feel. The range leads towards creating a visual impact that alludes to traditional Navajo and Berber designs, Soraya decorative weaves have a charming textural quality that gives the collection an overall organic feel.
