A new collection of textured wallcoverings that explores the pure beauty of natural materials in Arte Cantala wallpaper range. A collection that truly honours the pure beauty of natural materials like sisal, raffia and paper, and the sophisticated but graceful look these products can bring to a home interior when used in the right setting. The names stem from the name of the Agave cantala, an exotic plant of the Agave family where Sisal fibres are derived from its long, slender leaves and used in fashion and interior design. An immediate standout design must be String enforced by the scale and geometry of the design itself, and with a shadow effect that is created at the transition of the various colours, which gives the pattern even greater depth. Combo in its design has elegant, glowing lines and pronounced round shapes, and the circles contrast beautifully with the subtle, geometric grid pattern to create an almost retro looking paper. The design of Papyrus explores hand-folded paper within the design where no repeated pattern, makes every piece genuinely unique which is reinforced by the technique where the paper is patinated with metallic ink and cut into small strips for a unique look. Raphia is more of a plain, where both matt materials contrast beautifully with the metallic or lacquered background. A combination of raffia and rough threads, woven irregularly to highlight its natural character. Craft is a textured wallcovering with the extremely realistic look of natural sisal, which was created by using a high-quality screen-printing technique. Five designs to choose from make this a curious and captivating collection to explore.
