TM INTERIORS LTD - RETURNS POLICY

Of course we want you as a customer to be content and happy with your purchase from us. If you are not then please contact us for a refund or exchange.

Please note however that unless faulty or not as described there are products that we sell that are excluded from our straight forward cancellation/refund/exchange policy.

These include: Any fabric, wallpaper, trimming or pole that has been sold by the meter as the items have been cut specifically to your requested measurement. Any made-to-measure curtains or blinds, bespoke cushions and pelmets produced to a finish of your choice. Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.

We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 12 hours of the order being placed.

We will try to make this clear when you place your order.

All returns must notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and returned to us within 14 days.

While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the required goods in the best possible condition, please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately so we may submit a claim to the courier company and arrange for a replacement to be sent out. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and make sure they are well protected prior to sending back and in original packaging. When returning goods, you must ensure they are satisfactorily wrapped in waterproof packing or original delivery packaging.

If the unlikely event fault lies within the prodouct itself a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty/damaged goods at no extra cost, however we would appreciate it if you would notify us within a few days of receipt, of any such instance. A replacement/refund will be resolved as swiftly as possible.

Please do not use thin plastic wrapping such as bin liners. No refund can be issued if goods are badly wrapped and are soiled or damaged when in transit.

IMPORTANT: Please include your name and order number on the outside of the packaging to enable us to identify and refund your order.

Please allow 2 weeks from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account.
We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Any goods must be returned in the original condition and suitable for re-sale.
Please note: no refunds can be given once the goods have been cut, treated or altered in any way.
All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We would recommend returning goods via a professional courier services such as UPS.

Fabric Returns:

All returns must notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order using info@tm-interiors.co.uk quoting your name and Order ID and reason for return, and returned to us within 14 days.

As explained because the fabric has been specifically cut bespoke to your requirements we cannot accept a cancellation/refund or direct exchange.

We can, however, ask the fabric companies to accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund, however, this is subject to the fabric companies' agreement and the payment of their handling charges. Should you realise that you have ordered the wrong product, or decide that you have changed your mind and wish to return it, then please contact us, and we will liaise with the fabric company on your behalf to check whether they will accept the order back. Goods can only be returned to us after agreement has been confirmed.

Any goods must be returned in the original condition.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

Fabric Companies do impose a restocking/handling fee, which is typically 25% of the order value, and this would be deducted from the refund given to you. This handling charge covers the fact that your length of fabric has been cut specifically for you, and another future customer is unlikely to require the same length and so the Fabric Company will make a partial loss on the returned goods.

Wallpaper/Paint Returns:

All returns must notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order using info@tm-interiors.co.uk quoting your name and Order ID and reason for return, and returned to us within 14 days.

As explained in our returns introduction any special order items however are exempt and cannot be returned. These include wall coverings sold by the metre, where the wallpaper has been cut to your specific length e.g. Brian Yates, Elitis products. These products are specially commissioned upon order and are considered bespoke items, as are some paints if they have been specially mixed to order.

If you have any wallpaper left over once you have completed your project, we may be able to return this to the wallpaper manufacturer if there are more than 5 rolls to be returned, but this is not guaranteed please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will contact the wallpaper manufacturer on your behalf.

We cannot accept part orders back for less than five rolls. We do not offer an exchange either or credit. We would ask all customers to consider if the decorator has measured and calculated their requirements correctly, and if in any doubt, our advice would be for us to place on reserve some rolls from the same batch to be dispatched should you need them if you feel you maybe short of wallpaper.

Rug Returns:

All returns must notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order using info@tm-interiors.co.uk quoting your name and Order ID and reason for return, and returned to us within 14 days.

All costs relating to postage for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

We can arrange for a courier collection to have UPS collect the rug from you and return to us however we would need to apply a £25.00 charge for this service.

If the unlikely event fault lies within the prodouct itself a full replacement or refund can be offered up to 30 days for faulty/damaged goods at no extra cost, however we would appreciate it if you would notify us within a few days of receipt of any such instance. A replacement/refund will be resolved as swiftly as possible.

For International orders we will only refund the order value of the goods unless otherwise agreed.

We are unable to refund any duties and/or taxes that you may have paid as a result of your purchase.
