Type of Service
In Store Appointment
If you're just looking to make some minor changes, or have a good understanding of what you want, then book a free appointment. Bring in some photographs of your room and discuss your ideas through with us and see if you like our suggestions, and ideas.
We welcome visits to our showroom, and should you like what you see and hear, we can always then take it further to a home visit to measure for your requirements, or you can call in and see us again for no charge having taken those ideas and suggestions away.
From decision-making to delivery, we can work with you through the entire process, giving you ideas from the latest ranges, and showing you how to co-ordinate colours, furniture and accessories to refresh or restyle your room(s). Unlike many chain stores our independence gives us access to a much wider variety of companies that you may not find in departmental stores.
At Home Consultation
For more ambitious projects - perhaps you're thinking of redesigning more than one room - or if you just don't know where to start, then we'd recommend an at-home consultation. This will cost £150.00, refundable against the cost of made-to-order products you buy for your project.
We book an appointment where one of us here will visit your home to get a real feel for the space and a thorough understanding of your lifestyle, preferences and tastes. We will conduct an on site survey in which we will measure your rooms thoroughly and discuss anything from floor finishes to window treatments dependent on your requirements of course. If you have already given us an idea of what it is your looking for we may bring some initial samples and swatches to gain a greater understanding of your likes and dislikes. We may well take some photos of course with your permission to use in our work back at the studio.
Following the initial visit we will invite you for an in-store appointment to our design studio where our designer will show you some of the ideas they've put together for your scheme. This allows you to start visualising how your room will look, comment on the ideas presented and begin to understand the costs involved in your project.
Once you're happy to proceed with the design, our designer will help bring the various elements together, arranging the installation of items and delivery of orders. They'll even make sure that everything has arrived safely and that you're completely happy with the end result.
