Ulf Mortiz fabrics and the cooperation with Sahco, part of the Kvadrat luxury interiors group, began in 1985, which was unique at the time. Ulf Moritz was one of the few designers working in the Netherlands to be awarded with the Honorary Royal Designer for Industry in 2004.
