Important Information

How we are managing business in response to the Coronavirus.

Along with our suppliers we continue to follow government guidelines in response to the pandemic. We are continuing to manage customer enquiries and orders and are delivering most orders as usual whilst taking precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Showroom

The showroom is closed until further notice. We suggest ordering samples through our website.

Orders

Please be assured that most orders are being processed and delivered as normal but with occasional delays. If your order is delayed, you will be notified.

Our sample service may take a little longer to arrive than the normal but where possible we are sending these direct to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.

A few of our suppliers are taking precautions including staggering shift patterns and increasing social distancing in their warehouses. In a small number of cases it may mean your order takes a little longer to dispatch.

We have updated the majority of category and product pages to show if there are any temporary delays as some of our suppliers have temporarily closed.

Any orders placed with the following brands will be kept on back order and we will update you with an estimated delivery time as soon as possible.

The following brands which have temporarily closed: Anna French, Armani Casa, Black Edition, Cameron Fuller, Elanbach, Elitis, Gaston y Daniela, Hallis Hudson, Houles, Jim Thompson, Kirkby Design, Mark Alexander, No. 9 Thompson, Nobilis, Prestigious Textiles, Romo, The Isle Mill, Thibaut, Villa Nova.

Our lead time for made-to-measure items including curtains, blinds, cushions is currently 6 – 8 weeks but please contact us if you have a deadline as we have an in-house workroom.

However, our phone lines are still open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and if you would like to leave a message, we will call you back.
